आपका Demat खाता किसी भी ब्रोकर के पास हो | अत्यधिक Demat खाते वार्षिक शुल्क (AMC) और रखरखाव शुल्क को अधिक प्रभावित करते हैं। वार्षिक शुल्क (AMC) से बचने के लिए आप अपने सभी डीमैट खाते जिनका उपयोग नहीं हो रहा है | ऐसे खातों को बंद करना एक अच्छा विचार है।डीमैट खाते को बंद करने के लिए खाताधारक अपने Brokers या डीपी की वेबसाइट से Demat Account
Closure Form डाउनलोड कर सकता है।

विवरण-
Closure Form में निम्नलिखित विवरणों का उल्लेख करना आवश्यक है :
1. डीपी आईडी और क्लाइंट आईडी2. मौजूदा विवरण जैसे नाम और पता - यह रिकॉर्ड से मेल खाना चाहिए।
3. खाता बंद करने का कारण।
4. Demat Account Closure Form पर हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए सभी धारकों की आवश्यकता होगी। यदि एक Account में एक से अधिक खाताधारक है तो ।
खाता बंद करने से पहले ध्यान देने योग्य बातें |
अगर आपके अकाउंट में stock holding है तो उन्हें बेच दे | Trading Account से सारे पैसे निकाल दे |वही पैसा आप Account में रखें जो आपको सालाना AMC एक बार देना है | आपका Demat Account Minus में नहीं होना चाहिए |
खाता स्थानांतरण (एक Account से दुसरे Account में)-
यदि Demat Account में कोई शेष राशि या Stock Holding है, तो उस खाते का विवरण, जिसे हस्तांतरित करने के लिए इस शेष राशि की आवश्यकता है, का उल्लेख प्रपत्र में किया जाना चाहिए। खाता बंद करने से पहले डिलीवरी निर्देश पर्ची (DIS) भरकर भी स्थानांतरण किया जा सकता है।
Demat Account बंद होने में कितना टाइम लगेगा -
Demat Account Closure Form जमा हो जाने के बाद 10 या 15 दिन का समय लग सकता है |

ReplyDeletesir, i have a account in Motilal oswal which i have closed the account through sending of closer for company, after conversation between Motilal Oswal CC and me they confirmed that the account has been closed but still E mails are received from BSE and NSE, please clarify me that is there any process for further to do for future correspondence with NSE and BSE.
